Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning return requests must be submitted within
30 days of delivery.


Freight Delivery & Inspection

Flooring,Cabinets and sinks are shipped via freight carrier. Customers must inspect
all items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt
before signing. Failure to do so may void eligibility for damage claims or returns.
Any concealed damage must be reported to fma-supply@gmail.com within 48 hours
of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation of the product and
packaging.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return, Sinks,Floor and Cabinets:
● Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
● Be returned in original packaging
● Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Installed items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
● Installed Sinks, Floor and Cabinets
● Custom or special-order items
● Clearance or discounted items


Return Authorization

To initiate a return, customers must contact fmasupply@gmail.com for approval. If
approved, return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds & Fees


All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
● Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable
● Customers are responsible for all return freight costs
● A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply
● Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur additional freight and
restocking fees

Installation & Liability Disclaimer

We strongly recommend professional installation. We are not responsible for
damages, leaks, or failures caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification
of the product.


Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny returns that do not comply with
this policy.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Shopify Payments)

We are committed to resolving customer concerns directly and efficiently. Customers
agree to contact fmasupply@gmail.com to attempt resolution before initiating a
chargeback or payment dispute through Shopify Payments, their card issuer, or
any payment provider.
By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms acceptance of our
Return Policy, including freight delivery inspection requirements, return eligibility
conditions, and non-returnable item exclusions.

Chargebacks or disputes may be considered invalid and subject to contest if they
involve any of the following circumstances:
● The sink or floor and Cabinet was installed, used, or altered after delivery
● The item was designated as non-returnable, custom, special-order, or final
sale
● The shipment was refused, returned, or abandoned without prior return
authorization
● Damage or defect claims were not reported within the required inspection
window
● The dispute contradicts the terms disclosed in our Return Policy and accepted
at checkout

For any chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to submit supporting
documentation to Shopify Payments and the applicable card network, including but
not limited to:
● Proof of delivery and shipment confirmation
● Freight carrier delivery records and signed delivery receipts
● Product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications
● Customer communications and policy acceptance records
● Photographic evidence and inspection requirements
Refunds will not be issued while a chargeback or payment dispute is under active
review. Customers may be responsible for chargeback fees, shipping costs, and
losses incurred due to disputes initiated in violation of this policy.
