holidays) after payment is received and verified. Orders placed after business hours
or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary for custom, oversized, or special-order
items.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
for larger or heavier items, including sinks,flooring and cabinets. Shipping method
selection and carrier assignment are based on item size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination
of your order. Freight items may incur additional charges, which will be clearly
communicated before shipment.
